No-parts replacement covers are ideal when only the metal cover needs replacement and the original valves, gauge, handle, clamps, and related parts can still be reused. This can be a practical and economical repair option for customers restoring an existing sterilizer. As with other All American sterilizer parts, these covers are model-specific. The discontinued 25XC replacement cover should be replaced with the 50XC cover.

For a more complete solution, choose an All American Sterilizer Replacement Cover with Parts. These assemblies include the metal cover plus the major upper-cover components needed to rebuild the top section of the sterilizer. This is often the best choice when original valves, gauges, clamps, or safety-related parts are worn, missing, or unreliable. Depending on model, complete replacement covers include the control valve, geared steam gauge, Bakelite top handle, handle screws, retaining bayonet clamps, retaining bayonet clamp screws, over pressure plug, excessive pressure relief valve, and air exhaust tube. Larger models use a different clamp count, so correct model selection is important. The discontinued 25XCW replacement cover should be replaced with the 50XC cover.
